ADVANCED SKATING SKILLS with COACH JOHN

Who: All skaters Basic 3 and above. Hockey players are welcome. Must be members of U.S. Figure Skating (USFS) or Learn to Skate USA (LTSUSA).

When: Tuesdays, 7:00 - 7:30 PM, six weeks beginning January 17, 2023.

Where: M&T Bank Arena, Quinnipiac York Hill campus

Class Description:

Small group class utilizing the whole ice surface. Develop skating skills of edge quality, stride length, extension, acceleration, speed, power and flow. Learn and practice skating patterns and drills suitable for all types of skaters (freestyle, dance, hockey, speed skating).

Designed for Learn to Skate members interested in transitioning to practice ice sessions without a private coach, as well as hockey players training for the weekend game. Suitable for LTS Basic, Hockey, and Adult levels 3 and up.

Class Size: No more than 10 skaters.

Cost: $150 for 6 weeks of classes.
